Property location is great. Walkable to restaurants and cafes! Valet parking was a little annoying with going in and out. I got a rash from the sheets and my personal towel was taken from my room.

They did not have us in the right room we had paid for. Did not come and make up our room or restock the fridge like they suggested. Would have asked for a change but was not waiting in their line up as we had limited time there. Will be calling gead office. The hotel was clean and was in a great location.

I liked everything about this boutique like hotel. The welcome we got from front desk and they accommodated to our requests with big smiles. The room was perfect with a view of the hill. The housekeeping was fantastic, checking on what qe needed. It was my first time in Ottawa and this is going to be my go to hotel when visiting again I would recommend this hotel in a heart beat to frends and family, oh i already did 😀 It was the best stay. I could go on and on about the restaurants on site as well

Had a great stay at this hotel. Has everything you could possible want! Has a great restaurant, amazing customer service, valet parking is very convenient and the rooftop patio is stunning with amazing views of the city. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are in the Byward Market.
