"My girlfriend and I loved this studio. We stayed for 6 nights and used it as a base to explore the island, before spending a few days on a resort. "Great location. Great view. Nice condo. The only complaint was the pull out sofa. It kept sinking in the middle. It was not comfortable at all. We even brought a camping mattress, but had to put towels and blankets under it to make it flat. Otherwise great stay. The king size bed in the room was very comfortable."

"Our second stay here and both were outstanding. The unit is clean, spacious and on beautiful land. They provide all the basics and more- beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, beach towels, snacks. The owners are responsive and easy to deal with. If you want to stay in the Haiku area of Maui, this is a great choice. About 15 minutes from Paia and Baldwin beach. Very convenient to be able to walk to the Jaws Country Store."

You're right by the lower pool and the beach is a short walk across the street. You are also just far enough east that you avoid the pedestrian traffic in the main part of Kihei. "Proximity to beach and nature center excellent. Centrally located to restaurants and other beaches good. The room needs some upgrading and tlc. Screen door sticky, bed frame fell apart first night but repair man arrived first thing in morning, air conditioner old and rusted and just generally the unit needs painting. Having said that, everything worked. "

"Small unit but worked great for our travels since we were mostly out all day and needed a nice comfortable room to sleep in. Communication with owner was quick and prompt. It was really helpful that there were amenities like the mini fridge and microwave as well as extra things to utilize for the beach. Parking was super convenient which is a really nice plus. The area around is also convenient to walk through and full of shops, local grocery store, and restaurants/bars."

"We had an amazing stay at this property. Easy drive from the airport and parking space was conveniently located right in front of the condo. Beds extremely comfortable and amenities like cooler, cooler backpack, and beach towels were appreciated. Property manager very pleasant and responded quickly to any questions. Easy beach walk across the street and located close to snorkeling cruise we took as well as jumping on the road to Hana. Highly recommend!"
