Areca Suite tiene vistas al océano costero desde la terraza, sala de estar / comedor y las dos habitaciones. It suites our needs perfectly. Robert is a great host and provides their guests with many extra amenities like coffee, banana bread, cereal and to go snacks. We love having breakfast each morning at the patio table under the porch viewing the West Maui Mountains on the left and the ocean to the bottom right. We found our new place to stay for when we come to North Shore Maui.Every morning we enjoyed our breakfast on the patio looking at the West Maui Mountains, the prettiest grouping of Banyan Trees and the ocean. From there we generally left for the day to hike and explore the beaches and trails. The kitchen was perfect for us. Others may want a Full Kitchen for all their meals. But it was definitely sufficient for most everything. We enjoyed walking the property and picking some of the fresh fruit right off the trees. It varies what is in season, but I would think that there would be something available year round.The unit was very clean and saw zero pests!! Thats impressive for living in a jungle!!The air conditioning was very adequate at night. We tried to be as judicious as possible when using it. Some nights we got by without it and some nights we used it. It just depends on the weather for the time of year you are there.Lastly, I underestimated the value and enjoyment that got from the Host supplied Snack Tray, Coffee and Banana Nut Bread. We enjoyed it all over the course of our stay. It was a nice benefit and look forward to enjoyong it on our next stay. ##### Eric F. Great views of Molokai from the Lanai, hosts were very pleasant, and the accommodations were excellent. The location with lush foliage, water view, and cooler temperatures is exactly what we were looking for. We started each day enjoying coffee, local guava or passion fruit bread, and relaxing with the morning view. Each evening brought a new sunset to view after a day exploring the island. The unit is clean, spacious and on beautiful land. They provide all the basics and more- beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, beach towels, snacks. The owners are responsive and easy to deal with. If you want to stay in the Haiku area of Maui, this is a great choice. About 15 minutes from Paia and Baldwin beach. Very convenient to be able to walk to the Jaws Country Store. ##### Rick P. The property is beautiful, with ocean and sunset views, fruit trees, and a quiet, relaxing air. The interior was spotless. The AC wasn't needed at all with the airflow from the windows and fans. I also truly appreciated the starter kit of breakfast foods that saved me a trip to the grocery when I arrived and just wanted to settle in. The communication was fast between me and the hosts, and I had no issues during the stay. They were very quiet above me. If/when I return to Maui this will be the first place I look for vacancy!
