"The room could use a good thorough cleaning. Layers of dust on ceiling fan. Tile floors were not real clean. Try recaulking around sink in bathroom wiping off baseboards periodically."

"3 friends and I stayed at Catherine's place for the weekend, and we had a wonderful time. The house is well appointed with your needs, like spices, and utensils; as well as personal and local touches like a welcome bag, and handmade soaps. The house is close to beautiful sights such as the West Quoddy Head Lighthouse, and Herring Cove in Canada. Many beautiful places to hike, explore, and be laid back. We lost power, and I messaged Catherine, and she answered right away. The power came on just in time for our evening meal. I would definitely go back to Catherines place again. It is beautiful to see the landscape from most windows in the house. Thank you Catherine!"

"Third time to Woodland Pointe! Have made trips in 2008, 2017, and 2024, each successively better and more impressive than those previous! This gem in the forests of the Bold Coast never disappoints and provides easy access to areas such as Acadia/Bar Harbor, Campobello Island, Grand Manan Island, and local hiking trails near Cutler. It is clean, warm, inviting, cozy, and simply feels like home! On a scale from 1-10, it is a total 10 out of 10!"

"We had a beautiful week in Lubec. House had everything we needed, and more. Spent our first few days relaxing and listening to music, great CD collection. Bed was comfortable and it was great to wake up and have coffee and look out over the water."

"This cottage was just perfect for a quiet getaway. It was very clean and comfortable. Mary Jane was the best. Anything we needed was taken care of immediately. Close to Acadia National Park (2 hrs). Lubec and Eastport are just 30 minutes away. We would come back again"

"If you're looking for a peaceful, restful stay, this is for you. This secluded cabin overlooks the river, and is in a great location. It was originally booked for my husband and I, but at the last minute, my brother-in-law needed a place to stay and Kelly was able to accommodate us. She was excellent to work with, and always available to answer questions. We're hoping to go back in the summer. We loved it."

The house is beautifully decorated with ample seating inside and outside on the spacious porch. Especially appreciated how well equipped the house was right down to tissues in every room! The kitchen had everything you could need or want. The selection of wine glasses was a perk."
