"This apartment is lovely to have as a base whilst exploring Rimini. It is on the first floor up one flight of stairs. It is super clean, bright, well equipped and comfortable ( apart from the bed which we found to be very hard. Angela has said she will put a mattress topper on to improve this) It is in a great location. It is somewhere we would go back to. We didn't meet Angela but she communicated well with us and we felt welcomed( a nice bottle of wine to greet us) and cared about."

"The apartment was very clean very quiet very private. You had your own outside eating area and somewhere to hand your clothes to dry after the beach . The beach was a 5 minute walk and shops were two minutes so very central for a long lazy week away enjoying the sun and beach. Lucia wax the best hostess you could have very helpful when we had a problem with our bikes and offered us a lift to the station when we left but also gave you your privacy. "The owners were friendly and welcoming and offered great advice and help. The property was in a very good condition with stunning views from the lower veranda and pool area. We were very happy with our stay, the only thing to catch us out is that we didn’t realise there was no internal access between the upper flat and the lower flat, which resulted in us only benefiting from the downstairs area as there was only 5 of us. "The hotel is central to everything in San Marino . Staff great , service great , rooms are good , comfy and very clean , ours had great views and balcony 👍 they are so helpful , even pick you up / return you to bus stop where Rmini bus drops you in SM , use the service it’s some hike up SM hills . Breakfast a pleasant surprise covered in room rate , and was lovely , coffee , fresh fruit , yoghurts , cream cheese and toppings , toasts , meats , cheeses , eggs , cereals so an absolute dejection to fill you and start your day . Enjoy folks , we did , and would / will return. "
