Living Space:
Get ready to unwind in this open concept great room, where relaxation and togetherness blend seamlessly. The space is adorned with exposed dark wood beams gracing the vaulted ceilings and a sleek tiled fireplace that stretches from floor to ceiling. Plush leather furnishings frame the fireplace, while stone pillars elegantly frame the 65” flat-screen TV, promising cozy nights by the fire. Throughout this space, the Spanish charm shines through with natural-colored tiles and graceful arched entryways.
Outdoor Oasis:
Enjoy endless celebrations in the sprawling 7,000-square-foot estate-like backyard. Rally your team and settle scores on your full-sized combination tennis and basketball court or engage in a grill-off with the deluxe grill at your disposal. Watch the kids play an all-day game of hide-and-seek, discovering new hiding spots with each round. The saltwater pool, complete with a grotto and waterslide, transforms this vacation into an unforgettable adventure. Master Suite 1: Plush carpeting, high ceilings, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace set the stage in this dreamy master bedroom. Two colossal doors lead directly to the patio, where a full-size, fine leather sofa sits in front of a flat-screen TV. The cozy king bed, dressed in fine linens and topped with plush pillows, invites you to unwind. Your master bedroom en suite entrance is simply breathtaking, featuring an awe-inspiring bathtub framed by extravagant arches and stone pillars. This spacious en suite boast Jack and Jill sinks, a standing shower, and a dedicated toilet room.
Bedroom 2 & 3: Each of these two bedrooms features a plush queen bed adorned in fine linens, a ceiling fan, and ample natural light. They share an ensuite bathroom with Jack & Jill access.
Bedrooms 4 and 5: These two spacious bedrooms each have King beds, natural light, and flat-screen TVs for added entertainment. They share a full bathroom with a stand-up shower.
Bedrooms 6 and 7: These two spacious bedrooms are at the entrance of the gorgeous home. They each have King beds, natural light, and flat-screen TVs for added entertainment. Both of these bedrooms have an en suite bathroom with a stand-up shower.
Bedroom 8: This grand bedroom features 3 Queen Beds with an en suite shower and tub. The room has a flat-screen TVs for added entertainment. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a stand-up shower and is located right next to the game room.

The City has not provided a reference to the municipal code which limits maximum occupancy rates, nor have we been able to find it, but to avoid fines and a lengthy legal process we have granted their request. Thank you for your understanding.
