Winter Stay
Host was very responsive/ excellent communication with him. Wonderful location. Very clean neighborhood. Enjoyed the back yard and pool. The accommodations are very nice, however a more comfortable couch and a recliner would make it even better. We had a very nice stay.

We had a great time visiting family and friends. Great location for pickle ball, golf, walking and dining. Benjamin was very responsive to our questions and concerns. Backyard was nice for relaxing and sharing time with friends. Could use a more comfortable couch inside to watch TV. Beds are comfortable plenty of linens.

A Delightful Stay
The property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equiped. The location was excellent in the Power Ranch neighborhood. I was able to safely walk our dogs in a friendly and clean neighborhood. The backyard was big and well kept. I loved the succulents that decorated the front and backyard.

Excellent stay
Our host was very responsive and the property was so clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need. The area is close to everything you need. The yard was wonderful for our dog. I would definitely recommend it for a stay of any length.

The place is absolutely lovely… The grill was filthy, with the current timer thrown off in another part of the yard grease all over the patio from the dirty grill … landscaper, showed up on Saturday to do yardwork and cut down trees, and we were not notified that was going to happen that kind of impeded our Saturday. Stay… Other than that everything was wonderful.

Perfect!
My fur baby had a vet appointment nearby and this was much nicer than a hotel for us. We stayed 3 nights, I enjoyed the pool which was very clean, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. A perfect place for us two gals to hang out for a short vacay!

Great time in Gilbert
We had a great vacation in Gilbert. The location is super convenient and the house is in a great neighborhood. We loved the pool and it was perfect during the hot 4th of July weekend. Definitely highly recommend and would go again.

The home was spectacular, from the awesome shower in the Ensuite to the fully stocked Kitchen and impressive entertainment system. The backyard and pool were very clean and enjoyable. The home is in a very nice and quiet area, with shopping only a few minutes away. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!

Just as described! Quiet neighborhood, safe area, central to all things Gilbert and east valley. Plenty of room for families. Definitely looking to rebook during summer and take advantage of the pool!

Overall this is a lovely home.
Overall this experience was nice. The place was clean and many touched made it feel like home. The bed in the master was not comfortable and the pillows are not that comfy. We loved the experience and are grateful for the time.

We absolutely loved this property, we needed extra space for family due to event at our home. It was only 7 minutes away from our home. I would definitely recommend this property. Not over excessive rules just common sense rules I have at my own home.

We enjoyed our stay here! It has a nice backyard that’s fully fenced and a pool. The check-in was easy, and the photos were accurate. The only issue we had was with a couple of Glade fragrance plug-ins throughout the house that were overwhelming, and it took most of our stay to air the place out. We picked up an air filter to help with the intense fragrance. The master shower is very nice! The home feels like an older home that’s been recently flipped. It could use some things to make it feel a little cozier, like lamps on the nightstands. It’s hard to get to bed in the dark in a new place without a bedside lamp. It felt like the home just needed a few finishing touches and less home fragrance to be perfect. The neighborhood is nice, and we felt safe. It was a convenient location, and the home was clean. We would stay here again if the Glade plug-ins were removed.
