Gorgeous green community with Bike Trails, Walking Paths, Lakes, Greenbelts and Parks. 10 MIN to Downtown Gilbert w/ NEW Restaurants, Bars & Shopping. Close to Golf Courses, Grocery Stores and the US 60 providing access to the valley Quickly.

There is an additional $175 charge for Resort Access. We need to be notified at the time of booking if you would like to add this.

*Rental Agreement must be signed for reservation confirmation

Our Cancelation Policy is 10% of the reservation amount or $150.00 whichever is greater. There are no exceptions to this policy and applies to all reservations.

Just ok!
The place was ok but communication poor. Our questions were not all addressed. We attempted often to communicate with questions and had no response. The WiFi password did not work. We never did receive check out process policy. The television channel selection poor. The guest pass was not paid at the club house even though we had paid it to you so we had to pay again!!! Will not stay here again. Living room sofa wore out and uncomfortable. Bed was very comfortable.

OUTSTANDING!
The home was very clean and had all the amenities. They included shampoo in the baths and plenty of supplies such as garbage bags and toilet tissue. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and was furnished very well. The kitchen was equipped with most of the necessities. The only item I could think it needed was a cutting board. We stayed at the property for three weeks.
