"Raquel was an excellent host responding quickly when we experienced power and water outage during a huge storm. The apartment was perfect for our needs, a stay with our young adult children. "The main complaint was that both the shower and the kitchen areas needed resealing. The shower had filthy black mold around the walk in base and also around the wash basin. Any food placed on the kitchen worksurface was immediately attacked by ants who entered via the joint betwèn the worktop and the wall. Generally the the appartment needed a refurbishment."
