Very bright penthouse, recently renovated, on the fourth floor and on the beachfront in the pedestrian promenade of Puerto de Pollença. It consists of large semi-covered terrace, with wooden parquet floor and outdoor furniture from where you can enjoy the unbeatable views offered by the bay. The modern design apartment and wooden floors consist of an open, fully equipped kitchen, a room with a built-in wardrobe and a full bathroom with a large shower space. It has very modern furniture with hot / cold air conditioning, satellite TV and Wifi. It is surrounded by restaurants and shops. In the center of the Port of Pollença. Ideal for couples. Dont have a lift. No parking

Beautiful apartment, Wonderful stay

Maria and Manuel met us on arrival and helped with our bags. Showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment, and were really helpful. Beautiful, well-equipped apartment, with breath taking views over the beach and port. Would definitely stay again.

PP Apartment

Amazing apartment, ideally located with amazing views from gorgeous balcony. Bit of a hike up the 4 flights of stairs but well worth it for the quality of the apartment and fabulous views.

Best location

This was our second visit and won’t be our last. We love the location and the outside terrace with stunning views across the bay. We also love the privacy and tranquil time we spent on the terrace/balcony. We have been to the location many times over the years this is our favourite.

Amazing apartment

Had a great fortnight’s holiday - the apartment is lovely - everything you could want is there. The bed is really comfortable. Loads of wardrobe space and plenty of hangers. Spacious bathroom and shower area.. The balcony is fantastic and the view is breathtaking. Looking forward to our next stay.

Wonderful apartment - stunning location

As above - the apartment is very well equipped with a stunning view of the bay. The four flights of stairs just serve to burn off the calories from the excellent selection of restaurants on the sea front.

Lovely stay great view nice apartment

My wife and I spent a week relaxing in pt Pollenca using this apartment as a base place to relax. This is a very nice apartment well furnished in a great location. The view of the bay especially the sunrise is amazing from the balcony. Nice hosts welcoming helping with luggage and giving local information. Will use this property again. Thanks

Fantastic Location. Great view!!

We really enjoyed our stay in P d' P. The apartment was perfect for our stay of one week. There is no lift so don't take 24kg suitcase luggage (doh!). Breakfast overlooking the sea / sunrise and marina was magical. We went out of season, there was still plenty to see and do. We would definitely visit again.

Fabulous Apartment

Maria is a wonderful host and we found her to be a pleasure to deal with at all stages of the process. She even followed up after check in and during our stay. The apartment is clean, comfortable and provided everything required for a relaxing stay. We spent the majority of our time on the balcony, such a great space to switch off! We had a great 7 night stay. Perfect couples' apartment. Enjoyed walking to the many bars and restaurants . Good sized shower room. Comfy bed. Parking in town was okay and free - sometimes a bit busy to find a parking space but always did. Several small supermarkets within walking distance. Recommend.

Fantastic apartment

A first class apartment in a great location which truly lived up to expectations. As the previous reviews outline the space, quality and facilities are excellent. The apartment is very well equipped and the outdoor living space is brilliant. Maria thoughtfully ensured there were drinks waiting for us on arrival (much appreciated) and she was excellent at communicating and checking in throughout the holiday. Exceptional!

The perfect apartment in the perfect location does exist and this is it! Despite being on the pine walk it’s so peaceful. There are a lot of stairs to get up to the apartment but it’s worth every single step for that incredible view. We had no need to contact Maria, the host, during our stay because everything was perfect but communication with her was easy in the lead up to our stay. I just can’t wait to return to this amazing apartment.

My husband and I were wowed by everything to do with this stunning apartment. The views, the layout, the amenities (air con and fridge get special A++++ votes), we didn’t want for anything. Most spectacular of all is that outside space with its various seating areas and of course the most incredible view. We tried to book In for next year but our dates had already gone. We very much hope to be back.

Fabulous Balcony!

We loved our stay here & especially loved the friendly hosts. Meeting them & all of their help was much appreciated. The air conditioner in the living room was not working correctly & they addressed it right away. The balcony was wonderful to enjoy in the mornings & late afternoons/evenings. Very nice to have a washing machine as well. Beautiful design details. Everything was very clean. Made several day trips around the area. The only thing we would change was the memory foam topper bed, but that is personal preference. We were sad to leave. Thank you to the gracious & warm hosts! Hope to return again.

Favourite Place for my holiday

The Apartment is just like shown in all the pictures. It is really big an nicely furnitured. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is both stylish and also well equipped. We cooked a lot and there‘s everything in the kitchen we needed (even to make a birthday cake). But the absolutely best thing is the roof top lodgia where we watched the sunrise every morning. The Location was also uncompareable, since we hat a car rented we visited some other Citys, but for us puerto Pollensa has the best size and view at the ocean. Also the owner of the Apartment is very friendly and cared a lot about us and of we needed anything. There is nothing that could have made this vacation any better.

Beautiful apartment

Maria and her husband met us there, and he very kindly carried our luggage up to the apartment, and then down again when we left. Stunning view, great location in terms of shops, restaurants and bars. Spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable, and everything you could need. There was a problem with heating unit in living area, but Maria provided heaters which worked fine. No lift, as stated and 64 stairs, but that was really ok. Maria organised housekeeping for us as we were staying 18 nights, and the lovely Pilar, did a lovely clean of the whole apartment. The balcony area is beautiful and in the sun till about 4 this time of year. Lots of windows make a light and airy space. Spacious bathroom with big shower and plenty of towels provided. Thank you Maria and Miguel for a wonderful stay.

Just perfect, what a view!

This is a perfect apartment in the heart of Puerto Pollensa. Modern, bright and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well equipped, with plenty of cutlery and crockery, a large fridge freezer and dishwasher. The towels were clean and fresh, including beach towels, the bed was comfy, the shower was a good size with good water pressure. Whilst it is in the centre of the resort we had no noise at all, it is up high so lovely and quiet. We arrived late and found the apartment easily, with easy access using a key safe, although we were offered a personal check in we had wanted it. The owner was available throughout, but not really needed, and communication before the holiday was very efficient. But for this apartment it’s all about the terrace and that view! The terrace was large with sofa’s, dining table and chairs and sun loungers. I could sit for hours and watch either the boats in the harbour or stand near the glass frontage and people watch down below. Yes there are 66 steps to get there, not a problem for us, but definitely worth every step for the view. If I came back to Puerto Pollensa I would definitely stay here again.
