"We liked the apartment, but it was hard to sleep most nights with tenant above us walking back and forth on hardwood floors right over our bed. Apartment very clean- but you feel like you are boxed in- windows looks out to a wall. The place is pretty dark- which some may really like… Kitchen well stocked. We appreciated the snacks. Location amazing. Very quiet, yet close to everything."

"The apartment was historical perfection- spacious and included nice touches like coffee, shampoo and conditioner. The host was very responsive to any inquiries. It was walking distance to everything in Savannah, and just a short drive to Tybee Beach. The front balcony was perfect for your morning coffee."

"The reservation process didn't work well. I had to make two phone calls to get "verified". Nice get-away place. Clean. Parking is a dollar an hour, you have to feed a meter, this isn't mentioned in the Orbitz listing. Bathroom is down stairs, bedrooms are upstairs. Alittle noisy at night. 12 to15 minute walk to get into the husstle -and -bustle of the historic district. "

"This was a lovely spot to spend a few days exploring Savannah! It was so easy to get everywhere, whether we felt like meandering by foot or driving. The use of the parking garage was a big perk. Everything was as described, just took off a star for cleanliness because of mold growing in one bathroom by the vent. Didn’t have cause to contact management so can’t speak to responsiveness, but their instructions were very thorough. Overall the condo was spacious, clean, & comfortable."

"Property was conveniently located - loved that! As previous reviews stated the beds are comfy. It was a great setup for 2 couples! And it is noisy at night but weren't bothered. Great place. Our only issue is the light wouldn't turn off while still keeping the ceiling fan running. Oh well. It didn't ruin our weekend."

"LOVED the property! Cleanliness, supplies, location were all fantastic! The only problem we had were the dumpsters and food deliveries for the hotel behind us were under the windows by the bedrooms. Deliveries were at 5 am then dumpster pick up was early as well. Overall thought it was great!!! Loved having a balcony!"

"Beautiful old character charm next to Forsyth park. My husband loves to jog in the mornings so location was ideal for us. We don’t mind walking so never used our car. Free street parking. It’s about 1mile to river st. It’s a beautiful walk through the middle of lots of parks and squares. There are also restaurants… along the way. Lots of stairs at the property if this is a problem for you. We stayed with another couple (4 people). There were 4 large bedrooms available each with a TV. Only one...

The condo slept eight, but did not have ample living space or seating for eight. The living room and dining room sat eight into total. "Loved the aesthetic and cleanliness of the place. It really was loud but anywhere near Broughton is going to be that way. The noise was was not a particular problem for us. Parking was down the street which was fine once we realized where and how to use the discount and app. Calling customer to find out about parking was a frustrating experience at night when we got into town…the connection was terrible but we got it resolved quickly.
