Everything was wonderful except the sofa bed was broken and we couldn't use it. Luckily we brought a small airmatress with us.

The unit was surface clean only. In the bathroom there was hair, soap suds/scum on shower wall. It was obvious someone had recently stayed and the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned upon their departure. If the bathroom was unclean one had to wonder about entire unit. The location was great!

We had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. The room was gorgeous and spacious. It was like having your own apartment to live in and they had that historic kinda feel to them, which was awesome. All rooms (bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, etc.) we're nice and big, so you didn't feel cramped at all. There was no noise from the street, although you could definitely hear people walking in the hallways and up/down the stairs as it they were right beside you or in your apartment, but that didn't bother us at all. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook meals, which was great and the dishwasher, and washer/dryer was also super useful. The location was quite possibly the best part of the experience, being that we didn't have a car, but the hotel's location was right in the heart of everything. Tons of shopping on the street we stayed on. Most restaurants and bars were in walking distance, as well as iconic River Street was only two blocks away. We were able to enjoy our entire trip without wasting money on Ubers as we could literally walk everywhere we wanted to go within 5-20 mins tops. Highly recommend Abe's on Lincoln if you are planning on going to Savannah! Best and most funniest bar!

For what it is (a converted warehouse or something), our stay was fun and enjoyable. The parking situation wasn’t optimal since we had to walk a couple of blocks every time we wanted our car. I’ve stayed in some resorts so big, I would’ve paid extra to only walk this far, so it wasn’t horrible. We were double-charged by the parking company too, but that’s a whole other story. I have to say the couch was atrocious. It was unusable to sit on, and the fold out mattress was worse. They need to dump that thing and buy a real couch. The bed, however, was very comfy and we slept well on it. If you are sensitive to noise, stay somewhere else. The wood floors creak above and below you, and the street noise is real. Believe it or not, we would stay here again. I just want you to have the real info for the less than perfect parts so you can make an informed decision.

The loft type apartment was very cool and modern vibe. It was clean, had a washer and dryer, plates, silverware, basically like being in your own apartment. The only thing we didn't like was the small bedroom with no tv, but we got used to it because there is a pull out bed in the living room with the tv, so we got over being a little spoiled. It was nice quiet romantic for my birthday. Plenty of restaraunts and nightlife within walking distance.

Perfect location in the middle of everything that was walkable. Loved the amenities! Our only complaint would be the faulty towel hooks and the sticky spots on bedroom floor that looked to be left behind by tape.

The room and building are fantastic. The pull out couch was damaged and unusable. Sleeping was a challenge due to the noise produced by late night shenanigans happening on the street below. Communication concerning check-in was good. Parking was not optimal. Local breweries and food options were lovely.
