4 days worked well.
All great, including overlooking a nice garden. The exception being the bed, a convertible sofa (access from one side, only one reading light, difficult to make), but what you expect in a studio apartment.. Otherwise 5 stars.

Cozy place, Close to everything
We enjoyed our stay, multnomah falls is a 30 min drive so beautiful, downtown 15 min or there’s also bars ect right down the st 5 min drive brewery,eats shopping it’s lovely , safe and quiet neighborhood, definitely recommend. Bed was cozy too.

My two year old dog and I stayed in this cozy studio. It’s very close to the dog park and in a lovely, walkable neighborhood. The host also has a sweet dog, my dog is friendly, but they barked at each other because they wanted to play. Something to bear in mind if you’re bringing a pet. The kitchen and bathroom are nicely designed and very comfortable. It was lovely to sit on the porch, overlooking her beautiful garden and plan the day. If you stay here, don’t miss the kiss café just a few blocks away. Very cute place to grab coffee.

This rental was exactly what we needed. We moved into the state and had some time before we closed on our new house. This rental was a great price and super clean. The studio was just perfect!!! The owner was very open and friendly. We had our sheepadoodle and the park was walking distance. Our dog Maggie loved it!!! There are several restaurants walking distance.

So this place is super cute, and I loved that it was off the street behind the host’s home. She was very friendly, and has a couple of cute dogs (they are fenced away from the entrance). Pros: conveniently located, nice studio apt, small space, well equipped kitchen, cable is a nice touch, beautifully designed place. Walking distance from some pretty cool restaurants (15 min walk) Cons: even with the mattress pad, I do have a pretty stiff neck and back from the futon. And there was an ant problem, so each morning I woke up with a couple of ants on me. I kept my trash away from the kitchen to avoid making it worse. But at least they weren’t biting ants! Overall, it’s not a bad place to stay. The property manager did provide ant bait traps to take care of the problem.

Great location, great space.
My wife and I and our two dogs stayed here for over a week while visiting family. It was very comfortable and well furnished, and the workstation (with monitor) was great for the days I had to work. The unit is very private and the property's landscaping is beautiful. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and is a short walk to coffee/restaurants/craft beer on Alberta and Killingsworth. The dogs also loved being a short walk from Alberta Park. The hostess and her dog were very nice. We will definitely be back.

All the amenities you need, great neighborhood, but best if you have a dog that likes other dogs
My fiance and I needed a two week location to stay as we were in the process of moving cross-country. This was a great spot near parks and walking distance to cafes and shops that catered to people outdoors with covid- precautions in mind. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook all of our meals in. There is flexible furniture to pull out a table or set up chairs on the balcony that can also easily be stored to create more space in the studio. The one thing that I would note for pet owners is that this space is over the garage and directly behind a main house with a very kind, communicative owner who has a large 80+ lb dog named Xena- like the warrior princess. The dog is often in the backyard and goes through the downstairs entry of the rental to the garage. Our dog barked incessantly at the other dog, which we were not anticipating as part of the stay. There is also no place for pets to use the bathroom at the actual VRBO since there is only a shared patio and garden that belongs with the front house, so we ended up taking lots of walks in the neighborhood. Overall, we had a great stay and were very comfortable for the two weeks.
