"I guess my room was very close to where the big garbage dumpsters are so at 4 AM on a couple of days while I was there the big trucks were banging the dumpsters and there was just no sweeping through it. Other than that, it did feel kind of David. Also, there were no cops or plates in my room so while I had a coffee pot, it was useless. "

"This hotel was really nice and clean. The staff was nice. I noticed my itinerary said I have a resort credit. I don't know what that means and it didn't seem that they know what that means either? I don't know if that means something like I missed out on a chance for amenities like a credit towards food or something or if it means something else?"

"Inside the hotel was quiet as far as other guests, but there are lots of airplanes overhead constantly, so be aware of that if that sort of thing bothers you. We booked this hotel for just one night so we could use the shuttle for an early morning flight. The shuttle was convenient and timely, and the driver kindly loaded and unloaded our 2 carseats and 6 bags for us. There was a decent wait to check in, and after waiting about 15 minutes, a second employee finally came to assist. I was third...
