It's a good location you can walk around to most shops and restaurants, but not past 7 pm. The walls were so paper thin here that it was hard to sleep. Everyone taking Zoom calls is so loud at 7:00 AM. Only one elevator was working, and it took about 7 minutes to get down each time. Overall a 4/10.

The actual room had a concrete ceiling that had what looked like construction chalk markings and scuffs all over it. There was also no closet in the room. We arrived after our check-in time and still had to wait TWO HOURS for room service to clean our room still (4 hours after the time that it should have been ready). Only thing we got in return for waiting such an unreasonable amount of time was two free drinks from their bar which were actually quite good. The final straw for us was the parking situation. Moxy is in the middle of downtown, so unless you street park you have to pay $70 additional dollars for valet parking. Overall it was clear to us that Moxy spent more money on trendy appearance and grandeur, a motel would have been more comfortable.

Extremely loud, might as well be sharing your room with the person in the next room. Really poor sleep all week. No kitchenette. No water. No closet. Itchy blankets almost like a towel material. I could go on but overall the main issue is it’s very very noisy

Very cool and trendy hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only negative was the elevator stopped working on the day of check out. Good thing we were only on the 3rd floor.

Place tries to hard to be hip. The staff is slightly aloof as if they are doing you a favor for helping you. The oddest thing- everyone who works there speaks overly loudly. My traveling companion noticed it, and another guest mentioned it to me as well. Place is located very conveniently, but this is not a top rated property. It’s not even a top rated Moxy.

Cute hotel in a super central spot. Terribly thin walls; think hearing every word your neighbours say like you would all be in the same room. Nothing to block out sun so you’re when the sun is. No door on shower, but there was no shower pressure anyway so at least it didn’t make a mess. Fine spot if you’re just trying to sleep and spending the day out
