Unfortunately this was let down by the overflowing rubbish bins ( I assume from the premises next door) which we had to walk past each time we entered and left. Also smokers are accommodated at the entrance and the large ashtray/bin was directly under the entrance keypad. Not a good impression."

"The first week the WiFi was very slow. The following 5 days it was not working. The last two days they fixed it at last. Both cleaning ladies were ill and could not come as scheduled. The cooking area has no light and the ventilation didn’t work. In the shower room, there is no place for putting or hanging clothes. The room is spacious though. The hotel is situated in the town centre and near the u Bahn and bus stations, rather convenient. "
