"The property was beautiful and clean. The staff were exceptional and friendly. The views were spectacular. The wildlife stole the show. Viewing sloths, monkeys, and birds was a daily occurrence! The resort is far from the airport and getting to the beaches was a minor inconvenience as the hike to the bay-side beach was steep and a short shuttle is required for a trip to Manuel Antonio. What the resort lacked in beach access, however, it more than made up for in amenities, scenery, customer service and dining options! Parador is a fantastic hotel and resort and I definitely recommend to anyone! "

"This was such a cool place to stay, all the staff was very nice and welcoming! They helped me with beaches, activities, assisted with the rental car company when I had a flat tire! The property is beautiful, I sat on my little porch and watched it rain one afternoon then watched the monkeys all come alive when it was done, so neat! "

"Beautiful location. Staff was amazing. Yvania at the front desk is the best concierge. Julia served my decaf espresso with foam every day with a super smile & friendly service. Food was great. Pool was perfect. The beds & pillows were comfortable. What a wonderful trip at Issimo Suites. I loved waking up every morning to the sound of Howler monkeys & many tropical birds. We even swam with the white face monkeys in the pool one day..... very carefully & from afar ;) It was an extra luxury to have the shuttle service transport us around at no charge. A special shout out to Jose, Geiner & Randall all who made the trip truly unforgettable."

"The hotel was quite beautiful and so were the views. They have a sky lounge to observe the sunset. The Scarlet Macau Conservation was a great hike- saw a sloth anpart from the macaus- and is complimentary. The place is overall dated but otherwise good."
