Needs upgrading!!!!Posted Jul 6, 2015
Pros: At least the air conditioner worked.
Cons: Many upgrades... New mattresses, remodeled showers and bathrooms. New pillows.
Location: Location by Sacramento river and water parks.
When looking on-line, it claimed that this hotel offered a coupon for a free breakfast.... This did not happen!!!! They do not offer any kind of discounts, such as (AARP), or (AAA). The bed was sunk in the middle and over-all cleanliness was not there. There were many rooms at this hotel, at least 100 rooms, and we were offered a room upstairs, right next to the laundry room... Senior citizens need bottom floors!!! No upgrades were ever offered, or made for us.

Functional hotel located near bike pathPosted May 6, 2015
Pros: Location. Price
Cons: The continental breakfast needs a few more options, since it had only two varieties of cereal, two types of bread for toast, and waffles
Location: Access to the paved Sacramento River Trail in about 4 blocks (Sundial Bridge nearby) and 3 miles to dirt mountain bike trails. 5 blocks to downtown.
Friendly staff that allowed early check-in. Comfortable, clean room. I found it to be a good deal, given the cost.

Only as a last resortPosted Apr 29, 2015 on Hotels
first we had to move rooms because the room they gave us did not have a blow dryer and the toilet kept running, and they wanted to try to fix the toilet while we were out of the room. My question? why rent out a room when you already know that there is an issue. so when we moved rooms we couldn't have a key the young lady at the counter had to let us in every time. The bathroom had paint peeling off the walls, the toilet in this rest room was also running continuously. The Hotel says they are smoke free rooms but the two rooms that we were in smelled of smoke. The young lady was polite at the counter but, was unaware of issues in the rooms, she tried to accommodate as best as she could but they need a better system or more help in the office. They need to invest some money in this place and update their system and Hotel. If you were thinking of wanting to go swimming I wouldn't recommend it, they need a pool service.

This is an affordable, quiet, friendly motel. We have stayed here and find our experience to be of the same quality.

Immaculately clean, low cost, close to the highwayPosted Feb 26, 2015
Very simple accommodations and the right price. We were surprised that the place was so clean (seemed like nobody had ever smoked in the room we stayed in). BONUS: it was very quiet.
