Terrible experience. The hotel didn’t have the services listed to the hotel description. Expedia was not able to even contact the hotel. I lost time, money, and had a very bad experience at the hotel. I am leaving Expedia too. They were not able to resolve my issues.

No provision for early arrivals. After traveling 13 hours by plane was asked to wait 6 hours for a room. they wanted $10 per bag to hold them until check-in. The only restroom available was up steep stairs(I am unable to walk up to it.) I paid $70 to get into the room early. The lobby was full of others waiting for check-in. There were no healthy options for the daily breakfast. They made a mistake about my end date causing me to pack and when they discovered I had another day, they offered another room (which I declined.)

Uma avaliação muito rápida o hotel e muito antigo quartos sao grandes porem com moveis velhos banheiro velho ainda existem bidê, entao ja por ai si tira quanto a sua idade e outra coisa em torno dele muitos moradores de ruas deixando assim aquele mau cheiro na entrada o funcionários todos simpáticos desde da portaria a pesoa que faz a limpezas dos quartos

Localização excelente. Café da manhã muito bom, quarto limpo... atendimento na recepção muito bom. Só o Ar Condicionado que era antigo, não estava gelando bem mas a sorte que não estava muito calor se não acho que iria me apurar um pouco.

Hotel bem mediano

O ponto forte do hotel para mim foi o excelente café da manhã. A localização é central, com muitos mendigos próximos, então requer cuidado. Não vi supermercados próximos, mas na esquina tem um bar que serve refeições durante o dia, e torna o ambiente ao redor do hotel mais movimentado. O banheiro do quarto era reformado, só tive dificuldade com a água quente. A Tv nao funcionava direito, quando esquentava saia do ar. Para uma estadia curta, serve, e com muito cuidado com relação aos arredores do local.
