Room, bathroom and floor was dirty. Killed four bugs in room and left one day early.

Pros: Dirty, towels thin and they don't even give enough for each person, TV doesn't work, outdated. Small room not a whole lot of space to move. Beds unco.
This was a bad experience, roches, only one wash cloth and hand towel for 2. Very thing towels. Left launder bins in handicap area. Beds uncomforable, outlet that don't work, so therefore you can't even charge your phone. We had to walk away early and pay for another hotel, they would not even give a reimbursement. We had another couple with us and we both experienced a bad one.

A basic motel with few amenities. The staff were very helpful. It was in a convenient location for my purpose.

BusinessPosted Apr 13, 2015
Very hard to get into building site. Unfriendly, limited English speaking desk ckerk. Shabby check in area. Unkempt staff. Area is very very shady especially checking in at night. Unsavory characters in and out of the facility all hours of the night running up and down stairs and sidewalks in front of rooms. Too much car traffic in and out if parking spaces in front of rooms. Continental Breakfast? Pathetic. Outside and 20 minutes after scheduled availability. Staff beyond rude! We made a mistake choosing this "hotel". DON'T DO IT! We are still suprised we didn't pick up fleas or lice! Room was not clean or pleasant feeling. Old/used bottles of Shampoo and hair still in bath tub. We were afraid to shower there and used our own blanklets and pillows. Checked in at 1:30 a.m. and left tired but feeling safer in the car at 7:00 a.m. Remote did not operate ancient TV. Nasty place and staff! Don't do it!

Worst Hotel EverPosted Mar 31, 2015
Pros: I didn't like anything about this hotel, am sorry I spent one minute there and will never stay there again.
Cons: Everything could be improved starting with trying to get rid of the roaches.
Stay anywhere but here. This hotel has roaches. We returned to the room at night and upon turning on the light, they scampered around the sink and in the drawers. I took pictures and asked for a refund (which I received). I also called Expedia and told them they should take this hotel off their list. In addition to the roaches, the towels are very small and thin, almost unusable. We got one hand towel for both of us. Toilet paper, kleenex, shampoo and plastic cups were not replaced by the maid. We had to go to the office to replace them. The maid threw away the plastic bag that was in our ice bucket but did not replace it. There were throw pillows on the bed that did not have pillow cases and could not be washed. No telling where they had been. The room is incredibly small and the sink is practically blocked by the clothes rack. If the water splashes at all, your clothes will get wet. And, the door to the room was dirty. I wiped it off with clorox wipes that I always have with me. Last, but not least, there were no curtains on the window. There are only blinds which are inadequate for privacy. When we spoke with the manager about the roaches, he shrugged and said he was sorry and gave us a refund. I'm sure they are aware of everything. They just don't do anything about it.

Low price and it was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful, no surprises when we got there.
