5/5 Excellent
"Hotel is amazing. I was here for 7 days/nights, had an ocean view, and would definitely stay here again.
The staff and service are friendly, helpful, and great all throughout the hotel (from the front desk, to the pool area, and to the restaurants). Great breakfast buffet and many food options.
The only thing that was a bit frustrating, was the elevators: (1) One of the three elevators was not working, and (2) Whether you are going up or down, the elevator often stopped on each floor that was pushed ... which often made it a long ride. "
