"We stayed over a Lumberyard baseball tournament weekend. Beautiful views and this updated condo was perfect for our family with a great TV room, nice kitchen with breakfast bar, and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed being close to Hope Lake Lodge and eating at Carver’s steakhouse and picking up pizza to bring home at Greek Peak. Short drive to Gutchess Baseball fields and close to downtown Cortland. Will stay again!"

"We stayed here April 2024 for our daughter's volleyball tournament at Ithaca College. We were amazed with the amount of essentials that were provided! You really don't need to bring anything except for food and drinks! The place was immaculate inside (pictures don't do it justice either) and check in was a breeze! The views were great even with the rainy weather we happened to have. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!"

"Property okay but limited in exterior visual appeal. Don’t think looking at property dumpsters from condo is appealing. Overall property appeal and presence was less than expected. The staff was pleasant and helpful, just not too readily available. In condo, there were very limited kitchen supplies. Other VRBO properties I have stayed in had basics in the kitchen: salt, pepper, dishwasher soap, coffee filters, etc. and utensils: whisk, turner, rubber scraper. This property had none of these.....

"The condo was cozy, clean and conveniently located for our family. Everything you need is provided, communication was quick and clear. The kids thought it was the coolest place ever and “way better than a hotel room!” If baseball brings us back to the area we’ll most definitely cook again."

"Loved everything about the location! We had a blast and this was a girls trip with me, my sister and my two nieces. We went tubing since we figured that would be safer than Floridians attempting to ski. The ONLY thing that happened was the upstairs hairdryer caught on fire but luckily it was while it was in our hand and we aired out the room- the front desk immediately replaced it. The rest of the trip was spectacular!!"

"Beautiful lodge with space adequate and comfortable for our nuclear family 'plus one'. We haven't realized till the day after that due to special and needed precautions the room would not be turned in the morning - but we have no complains about it. When we needed fresh towels, etc, they were provided for us timely. Other than the above, the property is located ~ 30 minutes from the major hikes we wanted to visit, and a bit too far from others, but it would have been unreasonable to cover them...

"My family of four stayed there over Presidents weekend and it was a very convenient home base for skiing at Greek Peak. Separate bedroom was nice and our boys (17 and 14) each had their own bed (Murphy and Sleeper sofa). We saved a bunch of money by making our own meals in the kitchen. The kitchen could use a few extra items to cook: strainer, better coffee pot, tongs, serving spoons. Great view of mountain. Clean room. Friendly bear😀."
