And the second morning they even adjusted a number of the dishes at the breakfast buffet for my food allergies. They went the extra mile. "This property is beautiful very clean and well looked after. The downfall is the location is a bit of a walk to Hoi old square and the hotel does offer a shuttle but it’s not frequently enough to either the old square or the beach. Would highly recommend they had some additional daily services."

"Lantana hotel has a wonderful location on the riverside a quick walk from old town, but still quiet and relaxing. The room was well appointed and comfortable, especially good AC for a Vietnamese heatwave. The airport shuttle was also convenient and the free breakfast had nice variety of dishes to start your day. The main highlight was all the hotel staff; always attentive and personable- greeting us and offering assistance and tips for our trip. Would absolutely recommend staying here when in Hoi Ann. "

"Needing to relax and be refreshed, we stayed at Koi Resort for 21 nights! The beauty and tranquillity were just what we needed. The breakfasts are great! Also appreciated were the good shopping advice and transportation between Koi Retreat and Hoi An Old Town (5 Km one way). Don’t bother with the free kayaks - the small space to use these is laughable. We had some problems with housekeeping but these were resolved when we spoke to Tracy. Highly recommended!"
