"High quality hotel in a central location!"
From the first minute you walk in the staff make you feel welcome. The quality oozes out of every aspect of this hotel, whether it be the high level of service, excellent food or immaculately prepared rooms. The atmosphere is a pleasant mix of contemporary design with a subtle dollop of Japanese style. It didn't matter if it was in the restaurants, bar or with the concierge the welcome was warm and helpful.

"Comfortable studio apartment"
The studio apartment was quiet and comfortable with a surprising amount of storage space. The kitchen was well equipped. There was not much of a view from the window. The staff speak English and are very helpful.

"Great Location"
This hotel is less than a minute walk from Shinjuku Sanchome station, which makes it incredibly easy to get around via Subway. It is also less than 10 minutes from Shinjuku station itself, which makes it easy to get outside of the city and to and from the airport. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and assisted us in finding restaurants and sights nearby. The room itself is very small, but that is to be expected in Tokyo. This hotel is close to a lot of shops and restaurants, along with a short walk and or subway ride to Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, Meiji Jingu Shrine, Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, Shibuya Crosing, and Yoyogi Park. The tea, coffee, and water station on the 4th floor, which is available 24 hours, was a nice touch. The breakfast is just bread, juice, and coffee, but it is definitely better than nothing. The wifi worked very well in the room.

"A good 5 minute walk to the heart of the city."
We took the Haneda-Shinjuku train and right out of the Shinjuku's JR Station is the taxi's waiting spot. The taxi took us to the Hotel district side and using his cellphone called Listel Shinjuku who promptly redirected us to the exact location. The driver gave us the difference of the taxi charges opposed to the total amount showing in his taxi meter. By the way, he took care loading and off loading all our luggage, this alone reminds me, I am really in Japan. We got checked-in right at the 2pm schedule. Our room was immaculately clean. Love the amenities like, kimono pajamas, sleepers, teas, the deep soaking tub, the bidet, the fridge, the pant's presser, the pillows which are hard and soft sided. The city view from our room is also spellbinding in the early morning. The free-wifi is absolutely top of our needs. The room service and customer service made the difference.

"Made me feel like I was in a sci fi book"
Smooth check-in with a fluent English-speaking person at the desk. My friends (group of 5, 3 men and 2 women) all had a great time. Having had the female experience, the capsules and communal bathrooms with matching pajamas were like something out of a YA fiction book set in a futuristic society where everything is streamlined, organized, and matching. The bathrooms were super clean, with private bathroom stalls and fancy Japanese toilets. Even toothbrushes were provided. The guys were on a different floor, and two of them didn't shower because they didn't feel comfortable being nude next to other dudes. Apparently, the guys have an open shower instead of private stalls. The rooms themselves had more than enough space for a 5'3" person, and since I slept with my feet to the entrance, had no issues with noise at night. Definitely a worthwhile experience to try at least once.
