Good place. Shame we can't access showers or capsules from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. When one is jet lagged, it is a really long time. Would be good if showers were open til 11 a.m. for instance so we can wake up an hour later. It's not like they have to clean both rooms at the same time

Perfect location, the single room is small but they have everything I need ie washing machine & microwave. One thing I like is that amenities is a self service at the lobby so you don’t need to call the housekeeping when u need additional shampoo or lotion.

Service was attentive, save that English capabilities were lacking (as we had experienced better elsewhere in another hotel in Tokyo, that was crucial to making restaurant reservations). The location is superb for been next to 2 metro stations. Staff are friendly and the house keeping is awesome. Each day we came back to a very neat, clean and tidy room. I have no regrets for not booking any breakfast in the hotel caused I found a nice bakery cafe just across the street.

The hotel has lots of signs of wear and tear, and doesn’t offer any service or much facilities on site, but it is a good location in Ginza, if you want to be near all the posh shops.

One of Ginza's nicer places to stay, is the stylish Millennium Mitsui Garden Hotel Tokyo.

Aromatic coffee and indulgent sweets bring Ginza locals to ソカフェ. It's the perfect place for an afternoon pick-me-up. Tourists that want something heartier can peruse the menu at Ootoya. At the end of a long day, ask the barkeep for a crisp beer and mingle with the locals at 魚々十 銀座本店.
