"Hotel was in a great area. Walkable to Tokyo Station and Ginza area. It was also near a train station. Room was on the smaller side and it was hard opening our big luggages in the room. The massage chair was amazing, perfect after walking 25-30k steps a day in Tokyo. "

"The room was tiny to the point of being uncomfortable (we are not big people but struggled with manoeuvre in the room . Staff barely speak English, not very helpful with simple train questions in Tokyo. Must be the worst hotel we’ve stayed in Japan during the whole trip of 2.5 weeks."

"Check in was easy . Room size was as expected as the description listed. Reasonably good use of the negative space for the room. Cleanliness could have been better when I checked in. Otherwise was good throughout the remainder of the stay. First time staying at Lyf hotels. Reminiscent of student life vibe .. a tad. Mostly young staff who were alright. Extremely casual approach with room for improvement for interpersonal skills. Location was good if it was not raining or outside temperature was below 28deg C . Close to several stations and 10 mins to the larger stations / JR lines. It’s Tokyo, so food and other creature comforts were very accessible and readily available. Did not like that the lift automatically stops at level 2 every time. Overall it’s was good stay. No fuss, no flair. Like a 7-7.5 overall experience . "
