The hotel room was superb - well appointed, spacious and very clean. Hotel is very well located - right in the middle of Ginza and on top of a metro station. Lots of fantastic food options around the hotel also. Staff seemed a little impersonal but that may be due to language barrier or may be Japanese custom (is our first hotel in Japan). Overall we loved this hotel and would stay again
