Great property, would recommend. It may look weird when you first walk in but you get used to it there’s art everywhere. They offer full room cleaning everyday and laundry for 400¥ soap included. Also, the breakfast is great and looks like the image found online. BUT you will be tired of bagels if you stay multiple night. Lucky for you, there’s 7-Eleven, Family Marts and Lawsons all VERY walking distance.

Good hotel in Asakusa Tokyo, the staffs are very friendly and nice, the hotel clean, nice and quiet, easy to find and close the station, the room is clean, and big. Recommend for who want to stay Asakusa area, and i will book it again if i have time come back for Japan trip.

Property is interesting - polished concrete floors and walls. Rooms are a decent size. Had 2 singles with a double loft bunk bed. Worked well for 2 teens and 2 adults. Bathroom was clean and modern, with separate toilet. Beds were firm, room was clean. Is a 5-10 min walk to the subway and to the river (nice options to walk along the river and can see the sky tree lit up at night). Quite doable. Neighbourhood is quiet with not many food options, but many are available just 10 mins away. Breakfast was a bagel with salad. Different but was happily eaten by the teens. Price was reasonable for Tokyo. Would stay here again.

The place was very clean and looks like the photos taken. The place was within walking distance to about 4 train stations and you can see the Tokyo sky tree from the hotel.

We like the concept of living amongst modern art in the hotel. Awesome unique experience. My only critique would be to diversity menu at the bar for breakfast fast. Would return again and stay as it is so walkable to foodie attractions and historical sites

Unique property, art storage hotel offers something a little different. Accommodation was clean, modern and a good standard. Just two breakfast options which was fine for our 3 night stay but maybe an issue if you are staying longer. The food was a high standard and really nicely presented, the bar/cafe was really popular.

A hidden gem
We stayed in three places in Tokyo and this was our favourite. The neighbourhood was relaxed and quiet and a great place to start our Japanese vacation. The staff were exceedingly friendly. Everything was clean. I would definitely stay there again. The pictures on the site are weird and don’t do the hotel any favours. The hotel has an “art house” concept for its lounge and lobby and the chain link fenced areas are supposed to be art storage areas. In person it is cute and quirky but in the pictures it sort of looks like you’ll be staying in a storage locker. You won’t be. The rooms are great and fairly spacious for Tokyo. A short walk to Sensoji and Skytree (under 20 min). Would definitely stay again. I am interested in trying other SHARE hotels.

Great place, excellent location, calm yet close from anything you need/ want to see in the area. Bike location and bar/restaurant are a bit pricy but the hotel has a high end vibe, beautiful artworks and nice rooms.
