"This property was perfect for me husband and me while our son played at All-Star Village. Super clean and comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. We ended up having a storm-related power outage, and though it put a major crimp in our stay the prop manager brought over a generator so we had some AC for at least a little while. Highly recommend for 1-2 guests who want proximity to ASV for a reasonable price!"

"As a person who travels every week, this is the exact type of place I want to stay in. The clean, spacious layout really delivers on comfort when you’re away from home. The kitchen is well accommodated so cooking in is easy to do. If cooking isn’t your thing there are many good restaurants close by to visit. I wish my weekly stays could be here every week."

"We stayed for the week while my son was playing in All Star Village. The house is a great location for going back and forth to the field (under 10 minutes) and for anything else we needed (food and stores). The owner is great to work with and quickly responds to messages."

"We stayed here while our son played at Cooperstown All Star Village. The house was clean and spacious and had beautiful views. We loved swimming in the lake and using the hot tub. It was the perfect way to start and end each day! Owners were helpful and communicative. Definitely recommend!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Lakeview Cottage! Francine and Vince are welcoming and kind - the best hosts! The cottage was cozy and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. And the lake was beautiful! We fished, kayaked and relaxed lakeside between our son's baseball games. I just wish we had more time to stay! "The place was clean and very comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We had the back upstairs apartment. Kitchen had major appliances and basic cooking items, but some expected items were not provided (for example, a grill was provided, but grilling utensils were not). Comfortable bed. Convenient parking right outside apartment door. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Ten-minute drive to CASV. We would stay again, given the opportunity."

"We stayed here while our son played in the tournament at Dreams Park in Cooperstown. It was the perfect place to stay. Would love to come again. The only thing I would ask for is a big enough bed for adults. We made the most of it and felt like we were at camp too in our separate bunk beds. :) Would love a queen size portable bed or something as an option. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked, place was super clean, laundry facility on site with detergent available. GREAT place. Highly...

"This was a secluded, off the beaten path private cabin that lived up to it's description. It was the perfect getaway spot to unplug and relax. I had business in Oneonta and Cooperstown and found them both easily accessible. This rental is a great alternative to staying in a hotel or a rental in a crowded town. I highly recommend it."

"Sean, We had the best year of fishing in over a decade. The property is awesome, and access to the water is easy. One silly item would be more hooks on the wall to hang clothing. Also, I wasn't sure how to turn on the baseboard heater in the bedroom. I turned on the bathroom and left the door open."
