"It is one of the two bigger hotel in the Flam town, this one is certainly looks better with traditional wood house structure. It is located right at the tip where the town meets the water, so you have all the view you can enjoy. Staying in feels like living in a traditional old time Norwegian cabin, while within the room has all the modern amenities you need. We love the connecting restaurant which has a very good choice of locally brewed beer, and also crossover dishes of local food and different cooking styles."

"Stay in Voss at the end of a ski trip. Very convenient hotel. Right next to bus stop one side and train station the other side and a short walk down to the lake. Lovely evening meal, drinks and greak breakfast too. Comfortable rooms, good shower, airy and spacious lobby areas and a sunny balcony area too. Hard to fault in any regard. 10/10 from all 5 of us."

Water pressure was great. The windows were able to be opened. The morning breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices. Thank you for welcoming us to your beautiful town."

"We stayed for two nights, before the ski-ing season had begun. There were building works outside on the acces road side but our bedroom faced away from them and looked up the slopes. Our bedroom was very comfortable and warm. Breakfasts were good with a good choice of options and the dinners were excellent. Hotel staff were friendly, approachable and efficient when it came to dealing with our queries. I am not a skier so I cannot comment on what a ski stay might be like, but it was a good base for exploring the region by car."
