"El Born was perfectly located adjacent to the gothic quarter and across the street from train and bus stations. The metro and beach were also easily walkable. We would stay here again! Guillermo was super friendly and helpful. We felt welcome and that he would accommodate whatever needs we had. Water pressure was great and got plenty hot. The room was cool and the bed was comfortable. "

"Property was an eclectic beautiful place. Our stay was awesome and romantic! The alleyway to the hotel was a bit alarming at first because it felt a bit off the beaten path. After 24hrs we became accustomed to the area and felt much better. Hotel staff obtained a taxi for us that met us exactly on time in the alley by the hotel. It was a perfect place to stay!"

"We could've used 2 keys to be able to leave or go back to the guest house separately. Other than that, we liked this guest house as it is located at the perfect spot for public transport, touristic and also shopping purposes. Although we were promised cleaning and towel replacement service in every three days, we didn't mind not getting it. We were happy with using the same towels for a week. "Nice stay in an apartment, not a hotel. Clean, centrally located and overall pleasant. Bathroom, while private, is in the hall. Lovely kitchen to prepare what you want and cool environment."

"This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Some of their staff are rude and unwelcoming, they charge like a hotel but don’t clean your room (was there 9 days). I knew there was a shared bathroom but during the second weekend they closed two bathrooms for private rooms and left only ONE shower and ONE toilet for 10 rooms. It is extremely bad, not even that close to gothic quarter to even make it worth. "
