Marina at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. I had no issues checking in or asking her for help. The cleaning staff left a lot to be desired however. They left room service dishes in our room for days. They left us with no toilet paper. We had to go get some. Room service needs more options and you need to make it easier for people to order stuff. The restaurant upstairs... don't even get me started. I went up there for lunch and was completely ignored while they went about setting up a table for later. We left and went and ate somewhere else. Never went back. No fridge in the room. For what l paid there should be so you can keep leftovers instead of having to throw them out which l did. I waited for this trip for nearly a year and just wasn't thrilled with my stay.

Loved the staff, super friendly and welcoming, location was perfect, easy to get around to key sights and shops. Roof deck bar/restaurant is a great find regardless of stay. I splurged and booked one of the suites on 6th floor, defiantly worth the extra $. Overall loved the hotel and team.

Enjoyed the kitchen stayed open until 11pm. The food and drink was really good. Excellent location, easy to use Metro or walk to local restaurants. The staff were great. Engaging, knowledgeable and a credit to Sonder.

The only things we liked about the hotel were those outside of the hotel, like the neighborhood, the area, restaurants, shopping, etc.
