Smelly room

Posted Apr 6, 2014
The "non-smoking" room smelled badly of smoke. Two doors from us, in a non-pet room, a boxer looked out the window at us. This is just place I would recommend or return to.

Is this a dog kennel or a hotel?

Posted Apr 4, 2014
Pros: The rooms were clean.
Cons: The hotel needs to change their pet policy.
Location: We went to the Pioneer Park and had a great time. A lot of hiking on the red rocks.
We spent two nights at Quality Inn in Washington, Utah. The first night we heard barking coming from a nearby room. This was close to midnight but the barking stopped after 20-30 minutes. The next morning when we tried to use the shower the faucett handle was loose and eventually fell off. Tried calling the front desk but the hotel room phone does not work. I went down to the lobby and they sent maintenance to our room. He fixed it with promptness and cheerfulness so we could get cleaned up. On the second night the dog started barking at 10:30 pm and continued until 2:30 am. We called the front desk on three separate occasions. After the first call the front desk attendant claimed she walked by the room and did not hear anything. On the second call she again said she said would look into it again. On the third call the front desk said they tried calling us numerous times but we did not answer. We could not answer. We had to remind her that our hotel room phone did not work and we were calling from our cell phone. She told us the owner of the dog was at work and would be back shortly to take care of the barking dog. We spoke to the hotel manager the next morning. He said he could give a refund if we had not booked with Expedia. Therefore, he apologized and told us when we are in the area again we could stay a free night. That is all he could do for us. No thanks!!!! Now I wish I did not go through Expedia.

Spacious Room

Posted Mar 31, 2014
Pros: the rooms were big. The beds said they were queens, but they seemed small.
We were very surprised at how spacious the room was. The bathroom had a dirty washrag in the shower, and some hair clips on the floor. Other than that, we loved the room and would stay here again. We missed breakfast and when we went down at 9:31 they were out of coffee so we cant really say how well the breakfast was.

Pros: Everything!!
Cons: Can't think of a thing.
Location: Shopping!! Close to several State Parks.
My stay was wonderful. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very accommodating, and took care of any needs that I had. Breakfast was always good. Would definitely recommend, especially if you have a dog to bring. Big dirt lot right next door for them to take care of their needs.

Washington Utah Stay

Good Hotel centrally located between St. George and Hurricane. Updating rooms and beds (that's good). Breakfast was good, but standard hotel buffet.

Served it's purpose.

Location: Close to the freeway, many food establishments, gas stations and grocery stores.
We were in town for a soccer tournament and it was honestly one of the last available rooms. It was clean, a little small and out dated but over all fine. We did not try the breakfast so I cannot comment on that. I have stayed worse places in St. George and better places. I never once felt unsafe. I would stay there again, if I needed to.

Ok for the money.

Posted Jan 31, 2014
Pros: It is very close to the outlet stores and dining.
Cons: Cleaner, new mattresses, new paint
Location: Easy access from the highway.
This was our second stay in a different room. The first time things seemed to be fine. Not sure if there had been a partial remodel? The most recent was disappointing. The extra color touches were missing on the beds. There were just white sheets wrapped around the blanket. The mattresses were hard. There was trash still in the baskets and the alarm clock was missing. We will not be staying there on the way back. There was a continental breakfast that was disappointing. We went to Carl's instead.
