"We have stayed at Yosemite West at least 6 other times, booking through other listing agents. Never had any issues. We are always 100% satisfied and happy with everything.. Not so much this time through VRBO/Vacasa. #1. There is no phone in the unit. There are signs all over that tell you a number to call with issues, but that number is to an out of state place... not someone local to deal with anything.. AND - since there is no cell reception.. and no phone... the only way to deal with any...

"This place is in a perfect location in the park - approximately an hour drive from the entrance and a half hour drive to the valley. The unit was very clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen items. We were very surprised that there was no air conditioning (it wasn’t listed to have air conditioning, but we just assumed it would) and even in the cool evenings, we needed to leave the screen door open and have the fan at full speed to cool the loft. I can’t imagine being there in the summer...

"Loved our 4 night stay here. Well equipped self catering apartment with everything needed to cook full meals each night while watching for wildlife and looking up at the stars. We saw a large black bear in our first afternoon, fantastic! In August it was very warm overnight, and this can be uncomfortable with no AC, but having read the reviews we picked up cheap fans in Walmart, along with groceries and beers on the way through Fresno. "Condo is really nice gated community with hot pool and all necessary utensils available for making food. It is located 30 minutes from yosemite national park visitor center which makes it extra special."

"Before you book look at the pictures this is exactpy what the home looks like. Eclectic, roomy, clean , andna home full of collectibles. It may not be everyones taste but we enjoyed it. The location is great and the scenery cant be bougjt. Communication was great, internet probelms but that is more an issue with the area we had wifi problems other places in the park it just goes down periodically. Our family will definetly be back again some day."

"We loved this property! So spacious and comfortable. Perfect for the six of us. An easy 45 minute drive to Yosemite Valley. Loved the wood burning stove. The kitchen was spacious, the beds were comfy. A late season storm almost snowed us in. The owners’ staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They brought us a snow shovel and even helped find some snow chains for our car. We’re definitely coming back to this house!"
