"We love coming to Silverado and plan to return many times in the future. What is hard to understand, is how the food (especially in the patio) can be so terrible. Napa is renown for its food and dining experience so to have such terrible food and service at your restaurants, is disappointing. I hope that you get a new chef and reinvent your dining experience."

"From the start, we were treated like royalty. Very nice resort. Sattf fantastic. Rooms very nice. TV, tons of channels. Golf course, top notch. Pool was very nice however no kool decking and it was 112 degrees so hard to get in and out without having flip-flops right there. Pool bar was nice with good HH deals but does not stay open long. Pool is open however. All in all, a superb stay at very nice resort. "

"The restaurant staff were amazing. The view and pool was spectacular. We had issue with parking card not working we have to constantly call for someone to open the gate. Bathroom sink was not properly cleaned during our arrival , there was some hair and stains, we have to sanitize and clean it ourselves."

"Great stay which started by an early check in. Gracie on the desk was just lovely, and even text us to ensure everything was fine. Hotel, facilities and location was just spot on. Don’t for those cookies on check in folks. "
