"We (3 of us) stayed here end of April. It was clean and well kept. If you want to cook, everything you need was there. Walking distance to downtown shopping, restaurants, breweries, music, museum. If you have a car, nice & secure garage space is included. Only downside is street noise if you want to sit on deck. We could not find a bluetooth music hookup either. Great stay in a beautiful area!"

"First time trying VRBO and it went great. Condo was exactly as described and worked out great for us. Super location, walking distance to many things (bars, restaurants, art museum and music venues including Rabbit Rabbit). Check in process was easy. Great detailed instructions with pictures to make it easier to find the back entrance. Nice follow up on day after check-in to ensure no issues and that all was good...unexpected and nice to get that text! In the end, a good time was had by all...

"The Southern Gem was perfect place to stay for a Girls weekend. Great location to so many great restaurants, shopping/boutiques and we even did a spa day. Very clean and spacious for group of 4. We were able to walk to majority of places we went to. Used Lyft/Uber to a couple of places that were a bit further and price was very reasonable. Definitely recommend taking the Trolley Tour.
