"We had a lovely stay at the Hotel David. Our room was spacious and clean--check in was easy and efficient. The hotel offered many delicious breakfast options including fresh pastries and bread as well as eggs, bacon, cheese and cold cuts. "From different hotels I've stayed in Florence in the past, I'd say Minerva was the better one. These are what you may notice: roomier lounge, more light, roof top view, and also very educated staff. The room service manager is very smart in timing and the location is less than 10 min walk to Duomo or Uffizzi, and Vecchio, etc. Also if you have car, the area in front of hotel is great for valets or parking, and taxis can come to pick you up easily (specially if want to attend a venue) "
