Nice boutique hotel conveniently located in Florence city center. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and had great air conditioning (critical in July). Perfect for our short stay.

Joseph and Aurora provided amazing customer service! The hotel facility was clean and modern. Breakfast was included for our reservation and we thought there was a great variety of foods and good cappuccino! We would definitely stay here again!!! Our train was delayed due to the national strike, so we had to stay another night in Florence. We stayed at a sister hotel to Globus and the service and facility was very nice as well. Highly recommend!!!

Great “on the go” breakfast. Very clean hotel. AC was great! We spent two nights here. Only downside is the shower was very small. Would definitely return. Perfect location for touring Florence.

Due to an unexpected train strike in Italy my party and I could not get to Florence from Rome for my reservation. I phoned and emailed the hotel, but they would not recognize my scenario and refused to make any accommodations or refunds. I will never consider this hotel again or to anyone else.

We don’t normally post reviews. But had to leave this review. It started off our trip on a good high. Breakfast area was lovely. Incredible coffee every morning. Staff always welcoming. Room was a perfect layout for what we needed. Two beds with their own private area. Mini bar was nice touch, especially if your VIP. Seriously perfect location from what we wanted. Shopping, restaurants, sights, trains. Great time thanks.

The property was in a great location and easy to get to most attractions. The room was very modern looking but not amazing. We only stayed one night so we weren’t fussed but I can see it being a bit cramped if we had to stay a few nights.
