"The property and room were decent. But the service was lacking: (1) no one at the front door to help with bags, (2) not enough people at the front desk, (3) no umbrella to borrow in rainy weather. "

I did not realize there was a difference in types of rooms until I had reserved the room. However, it was a comfortable room very comfortable bed."

"The hotel and the staff at the pool and front desk were awesome! No complaints about the hotel at all. I did get a $100 ticket for my meter running out & resident parking so I should have just paid the $65 hotel parking instead. Just came for the weekend for the roof top pool with kids even though we are local we wanted to stay in the city and hang out. I wish the roof top pool staff would have told us about having a kids menu even though it wasn’t offered at all on any menu could of saved...

Even less impressed that it took 30 minutes to get there without the cutlery we had asked to be included with it. Overall, decent stay. Would love if parking was included in the room fee."
