Great location. Walking distance to almost everything. Upscale urban hip yet definite nod to the amazing history in Boston. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Loved it!

Love the boutique style of the hotel, the mix of classic brick and modern. The 2 double bed room was spacious. Decent layout, seating area, good closet space. Beds were comfortable, plenty of outlets for device chargers nearby. Also liked that there were 3 nightstands for the 2 beds, and lights for everyone to adjust. Spacious clean bathroom, but wish they provided hair conditioner (only shampoo). Also wish there was a fan/vent in the bathroom to help with noise/fogging up the mirror. Hated the room keys. They were actual big metal keys that didn’t easily open the hotel room door. Had to pull out the door handle and aim it down a bit and then say a magic spell 3x fast in hopes of the key working. Not sure if it was just our door or the case for many, but it was an annoying struggle. And the keys were bulky, awkward to add to pocket or small purse unlike the usual electronic key card. Appreciated the free ice water in the lobby on a hot summer day! Front desk staff were friendly and efficient.

The room had someone’s trash in the corner of the bed. No coffee pot in the room made it inconvenient although several coffee shops nearby. Staff was not rude just not as friendly as you would hope for. There were homeless guys fighting outside one night, didn’t bother me but my wife did not like it. Also feel as though the room should be cleaned and I shouldn’t have to ask for things, considering what you pay per night. Along with that being said coffee breakfast and etc is all extras at the attached restaurant. Which at the bar once again not the friendliest of people except for the one bartender on Monday night she was very friendly observant and courteous. Also I booked a queen with a view and he made the king sound like a upgrade and it was very plain just a king bed no view interior room looking at the elevator

Ok, so Boston is SUPER EXPENSIVE, and within that, this hotel was expensive. It's a beautiful, well-located and comfortable hotel. We had a huge, comfortable, and well-equipped room. Staff was friendly. With a 7/11 right next door.

The bed was a little uncomfortable, but it was okay for 2 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean. The location was great; it was a short walk to the Old State House, Faneuil Hall and Boston Harbor. There is a subway station right in front of the hotel and that area was a little dirty. There's also a 7-11 right next to the hotel which was convenient.

Nice location, friendly staff, and eclectic style. Only dig is the central air conditioning. It was on full cold, high fan, and kept the room marginally comfortable.

We were looking for a good hotel that was close to attractions so we weren’t constantly requesting an Uber and that was reasonably priced. Not knowing anything about the layout of Boston, we picked this hotel and hoped for the best. What a good choice. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go, there were lots of restaurants in the area, a 7/11 on the corner, and the hotel it self was quite nice. Our room was large, clean, good a/c and had a refrigerator. One warning: although the platform beds were very comfortable, they have sharp metal corners. We had two rooms and 4 people. Three of us ended up with cuts and bruises from these corners. The metal corners need to be covered with a soft material to prevent these injuries. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel. The food is good (not great) but the service is not. We were served by a younger man on both of our visits and he did obviously did not understand customer service or his job. He wasn’t friendly, didn’t seem to understand our orders, and was very slow in bringing items out such as salt/pepper, water and extra napkins. The restaurant is not owned by the hotel so you can’t charge meals to your room. I suggest you walk down the street to one of the other many restaurants in the area. However, I do recommend this hotel for price, comfort and location.

Staff at check-in was great. Friendly, helpful. Great location. Close to shopping, restaurants, harbor, aquarium, and Old Town Trolley stop. Safe area. Room was clean and comfortable. Great shower. I loved that it didn’t have windows!!! Easy to sleep. I will definitely stay here again if I’m back in Boston.
