Evacuation of the rooms at 2:00 am over a false alarm was not fun especially with 1 elevator not working. Coffee ending at 8:00 am was disappointing as well. Rooms were comfortable and the bell hop was great!

This was a beautiful stay and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy but to any future travellers, the pillows are down and have no structure. Be warned if you dont like down pillows. It was central to everything we needed and had very friendly staff who were willing to help any time of day.

Hilton Back Bay is a beautiful hotel in a lively part of Boston. It was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful and on-site parking with in-out privileges is ideal. There was some work being done on the hotel and they were down one elevator which added a lot of time to getting up/down from our room. Unfortunately my request for a room on a high floor and away from the elevators was not honoured so we had to listen to the sound of elevators all night long. The room itself was beautiful and clean which we appreciated. Hilton Back Bay is located in a central spot to walk around and explore Boston. It is close to the Boston Public Library (a must-see), Newbury Street, Charles Street just to name a few. We were there in the fall and I would recommend a visit at that time of the year. I highly recommend this hotel and would return there.

I really appreciate that they were able to accommodate a couple special requests I had. Staff was all very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean, beds comfortable, bathroom renovated and modern. Loved it and look forward to going back!
