"The property was as described in the listing. Location was convenient for us and there were several stores and restaurants nearby. Cleanliness was a bit of an issue. We had to rewash most of the pots, pans & utensils before we used them. The sheets in the master bedroom were stained. We did notify them of this and they dropped off a new set of sheets."

"We really enjoyed our stay. This place was very comfortable and nice. Great convenience to have two full bathrooms also! Nice comfortable chairs to sit on the outdoor patio. It was great to have two pools. Only seven minutes from the airport and eight minutes from the Phoenix zoo. Just centrally located where it’s convenient to everything! Also if I had a question owners were very responsive. Definitely would recommend!"

"Was a little confusing as to the exact address (unit number) and once we got a hold of the host we were able to find the condo. Quiet comfortable condo. Could have had some extras as in dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and perhaps an electric kettle but made due. Host provided us with a bottle of champagne and several treats so this was a bonus."

"We really enjoyed our stay although the driving distance from our kids/grandkids is not ideal for us, but we wish it were. The rental was very clean, light & airy, as though it had been recently updated. All appliances seemed to be brand new. Communication with Cassidy, the Concierge was excellent and she was very responsive."

"The condo was spacious and met all of our needs. The place was clean (except for the big windows facing the lake) and everything worked as expected. The communal pool and hot tub were very nice and the kids loved it (oh, so did the adults). The airplanes were a bit noisy and disturbing at times, but we were able to work our way through it. The trail around the lake was fantastic and we enjoyed it almost daily. The weather mostly cooperated with out fun efforts and that allowed us to walk to many...

"A lovely efficiency style VRBO. The surroundings and decor are very well done and upon return always give you a “welcome back” feel. The kitchen was stocked with the perfect amount of supplies to enjoy a little cooking indoors. I am not a dog owner and hesitate to stay where animals are welcome. This unit could have been cleaner showing evidence of animals having stayed here. Attention to detail would be an improvement.
