Great location; just a short walk (albeit uphill) downtown and to the beach. Would 100% stay again and highly recommend. One suggestion to owner is to add nonslip pad to the living room rug. We all slipped several times and eventually just moved the furniture on top of the rug to help hold it in place."

"We had a wonderful time. The condo was cozy and comfortable. I will say that there must not have been recent guests before us because we saw a lot of dust and cobwebs on the windows and room fans, but we cleaned it up as needed. The walk to the beach was much further than we anticipated, thankfully our 4 year old is always up for an adventure as the path down and pack up is extremely steep.
