"We had to call 2 or 3 times for things that should have been done during daily housekeeping …clean towels, coffee. Room was a strange design…open bathroom with toilet in a glass enclosure….see thru! Big room but Very strange layout! Shower leaked onto floor badly…we reported it and they said it had been reported before. "

"We loved the location and walkability to many of the attractions in Barcelona. There are many restaurants nearby for dining selection and accessibility to the underground transportation was right down the street. The staff was very helpful in providing all of our needs. Great experience!!!"
"The staff made the stay ever more enjoyable with their hospitality and generosity. The accommodations are perfect for convenience, especially if you are planning to out and about for most of the day. The breakfast buffet was great and not to miss. Very happy with the stay, and I plan on staying there again next time I'm in Barcelona"
"We liked the facilities, felt safe, despite a large protest that came through nearby on foot. We were able to add an extra night, but it was sold out after that. Our room only had a ceiling window, so not exactly as advertised. Very clean, and they had a breakfast available and free apples! The staff was very nice, helpful, and eager to help! "
