"It was actually really nice, I loved that it was so close to the subway station and had restaurants all around! didn’t have to worry about food and transportation. One thing I do wanna see improvement is their showers, it’s so tiny! Not made for bigger people. "

"What I did not like was that on the Expedia website/app under the Fairfield fine print of hotel changes it stated I would be charged $50 per stay, per accommodation but was charged $100 for my 1 night stay. I feel this information was misleading. The elevators were not in proper working condition for it to be a hotel of many floors with many guests. One kept coming to the ground floor, wouldn’t open & go back up several times while the other would just take long. Rooms were comfortable & decent....

"Overall good hotel for NYC. Central location, well updated. However, elevators are slow and very inconvenient if one was not working. Stairs are hidden."

"We went for a weekend in the city and knew we wouldn’t need a lot of time in our hotel room. This was a perfect choice for us and everything was super clean and staff were very friendly. The breakfast option was perfect, and although it was crowded, there was plenty of food and we were able to have a lovely spot outside to eat. Highly recommend! We would book you again!"
"Bennie and the rest of the staff are excellent! The front desk was very hospitable and accommodating to all our requests. I was very pleased. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
5/5 Excellent
"This is a conveniently located hotel for all things Manhattan. Theater, dining, shopping, and Central Park are all withing walking distance. We easily took the subway for things a bit further away The beds were very comfy, the water pressure in the shower was great, and it was quiet. For a large hotel, the elevator service was fast. I would stay here again."

"We really enjoyed our 5 night stay here. Couldn’t be closer to Time Square but once in our room it didn’t feel like it. The rooms aren’t very sound proof but our room was at the end of the hall which was perfect. No wait at all for the elevators at all. Couldn’t find one fault in this hotel. "

"The hotel was very accomodating, when requesting a fridge and kettle for our room. Our room was spacious, clean and serviced to a high syandard on a daily basis. The only aspect of the hotel, that was inconvenient, was that the elevators were being upgraded, so there were a limited number of elevators available, causing them to be constantly full of guests. There was an option to use the service elevators that helped to alleviate the congestion. Apart from that the hotel was perfect for where we wanted to explore and was near all the lical amenities and transport links. Would definitely stay at tge Park Central in the future."

"The New Yorker is my favourite hotel in Manhattan.
It is the art deco style and the history of this hotel that makes me love this hotel. The old photos they have are great but also make me sad as they show how grand things once were. One can easily imagine Fred Astaire dancing in the ballroom in the 30s with Ginger Rogers. If I had a time machine that is one of the first places I would go."
