"This has got to be one of the worst rooms that I have ever stayed in. First, the lady at the desk was very rude. She spoke no English or French or German but still insisted on shouting in Spanish although I told her that I didn't understand. The main complaint however was how filthy the room was. Dirty and greasy. How the cleaning lady kept her job is a mystery. The walls were stained as well. The room was falling apart. AC worked but the cover was missing and it blew bits of black debris all...
