I liked the decor The room was spacious and clean. Barh amenities were good. Bed was comfortable. The area was quiet so even though I was on lower floor I was not disturbed by any street noise and was able to sleep in
Staff was amazing, beautiful hotel, looking forward to going back again soon.
I read a few reviews before booking so I knew the Hotel isn’t modern or new. My priorities were an adapted bathroom for disabled and good location, and the Hotel fulfilled both greatly. The room and bathroom were big and perfect for my wheelchair. The location is the best! We’re able to spend the ...
Location was why we picked Lombardy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Price of valet parking though consistent with other hotels I think it too high.
Great location and staff was wonderful. Would be nice to have a coffee/tea maker in the room - this was surely mssed on my trip. Or if not possible, please provide coffee free of charge longer than 5-7am. Until 9am would be fair.
Loved the room and sevice. We had one dinner there, which was good but not outstanding. Excellent valet service. All staff were extremely courteous
This survey is to long. I normally wouldn’t do a survey. And I don’t like being told how long it should be. I only finished third because it is one of my favorite hotels in the area.
You can definately fel the historical vibe of the hotel. The front desk folks were very guest friendly.
Good and big rooms, nice and cozy restaurant. Location was perfect to us.
Clean, large rooms, mine had a large kitchenette. Drawback was drains were clogged and water stayed in sink and tub a long time. It is on a street slightly away from major shops and it's 15 min walk from metro which is probably why it's not more expensive. I arrived after dark and it was a little ...
It was closest to the Kennedy Center, I could walk there. No complaints.
Love wine hour each day! I enjoyed a glass by the fireplace on a chilly evening. The location is amazing.
Very nice property. I was happy to stay. Only complaint would be the $17 price for breakfast. A little too high I think.
Kinda small, kinda retro but still a nice little hotel. Staff was pleasant although there wasn't many off them. Clean adequate lodging.
Nothing in DC comes close to the excellence of this place.
Staff could be friendlier, but value and location balance it out
Love the area, the rooms were clean and gorgeous. Renovations going on but did not hamper our stay. Would definetly stay again when return to DC.
thank you for the attention. was a great place, a great staff. i recommend it
