You can't beat the location if your prime destination is the plethora of museums and the staff are really helpful, attentive, and just plain great. The hotel is aging a bit and on the path of becoming shabby, but who is in London to stay in their hotel?
Beautiful little gem near gatwick. On arrival they couldn't do enough for us. Dinner was lovely if not a little pricey. Only quibble was that there was no one to provide us our early alarm call or check us out at dawn (early flight!)
Once you step beyond the door you are a world apart from London. It is so quiet, so calm, and so tranquil in the Savoy. This hotel is special. I almost don't want to write this review in case I find there are no rooms available next time I try to book. The location is great, 3 or so minutes of a ...
Good links to bus network, and relatively short walk to Clapham Common. Room was ok, with tea making facilities, bathroom good size. Room we used had no windows. Could not hear traffic noise, but did hear people going up and down the stairs.
I enjoyed staying at this hotel a lot, the interiors is very artistic and the location is great, very cozy little hotel, the staff are very professional and friendly especially Eric the porter, he is such a professional and helpulf person, i will definetly go back again:)
My son and I enjoyed our time here. The Room was clean, neat and enough space for both of us since we were out all the time. I wish the Wi-Fi was working better. We were on the 5th floor so not sure if this has anything to do with it but I would assume they should cover all the rooms. We will come ...
We could use the hotel as a home base for walks to Hyde Park, Soho Square and Leicester Square. We could get meals at the hotel if we wished, but there were also places to eat and get coffee close by/
very pleasant stay, commuting is easy and good, location nice Room was big , sunny and nice , breakfast served very punctual. We felt it is a good place for family stay.
The hotel has a stately london facade. Front desk staff were super friendly. Place is clean and up to date and was surprised to see a notice they were going to renovate it. Seemed fine as is.the Tube Staton is across the street and is perfect...no need for a cab. Station serves Picadilly, District, ...
The hotel is perfect for walking to famous landmarks or hopping on a bus tour I would definitely stay here again. The concierge desk is the best I've ever experienced
Very helpful front desk staff. Upgraded to a larger room which over looked the street, the trees and the museum. Short walk to Glouster Road and the High Street. Would love to stay there again.
The staff was extremely helpful with everything, including calling cabs and making suggestions about transportation. The room was clean and comfortable; my only complaint regarding the room was that it was extremely small, even for a small adult such as myself.
It was my first time to London and knew I needed luxury, convenience and security. I found the gorgeous hotel to meet all of my needs. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The bar was great for snacks and drinks! I had a in room massage and it helped me from jet lag. Tourist sites were in walking ...
