From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we knew that we were going to have an excellent experience. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a great vibe, especially the bar which was a great place to spend time in the evening. The hotel is small and charming with lots of history. ...

An amazing stay in a nice and excellently well placed hotel. Furthermore, the hotel staff were so accommodating and friendly.
Great experience . Well located. Well equipped room.
Super little hotel, ideal for the odd 1 or 2 night stays, spotlessly clean throughout, rooms although quite small, were all you need to get your head down. Buffet style continental breakfast ( Extra £7.50 ) very nice, good value for money. Would certainly stay here again, without a doubt?
Absolutely amazing hotel five star and a beautiful city highly recommend this hotel close to all the attractions beautiful view of the Thames and the London Eye. Staff is fantastic my wife and I truly enjoyed our stay in this hotel
Everything was great but needed to adjust to English style. No paper towels in the kitchen. Huh ?

We booked a larger Executive Suite so that our teenage son could have the sofa bed. The suite was configured as a bedroom with the bathroom off, with a separate room to use as a sitting room/bedroom. Both rooms were small but well equipped with all the modern features you'd expect. If you weren't ...
It was a very pleasant stay, with friendly and engaged staff (every member addressed you accordingly); the hotel is in wonderful shape with an interesting design. Should check out and near three major train stations.

This is our 2nd time to stay at this hotel. The property is very nice and rich in history. The only thing that drove me nuts was fhat the bed had a sink hole in the middle that made for awful sleep. Don’t stay in room 302.
St. Ermins Hotel, Autograph Collection$228St. Ermins Hotel, Autograph Collection$228
Our only bad comment would be that the room was very hot but they supplied a large freestanding cool air machine which worked but was very loud so could not leave on for long. Excellent location a few minutes walk to the shops trains buses etc.
So close to the station and opposite Hampton Court. Hotel had a traditional atmosphere and very quiet. Good beds showers,WiFi, food and fantastic views of the Thames from the dining room. In the process of being refurbished but I hope it doesn't lose its atmosphere.
Lovely hotel in wonderful setting but do not understand how it can be described as luxury if you have to carry your own bags to and from room.
Beautifully maintained. This hotel is beside Victoria Station and within walking distance to most sites in London. The rooms are tastfully decorated though small.

This hotel is great for staying near Heathrow. Staff is so friendly and accommodating! A bit of a trip to travel into central London but do-able. Windsor is nearby and lovely. The rooms themselves are really cozy!
Everything perfect , except the mattress which tilted and had ridges on one side. But they upgraded us immediately for our second night. Staff friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to stay again!

This is our 2nd time back at the hotel, as it was a quaint classical with great customer service. We were lucky to be upgraded this time, but the room was next to the pantry area, hence it did get a bit noisy during peak hours. But it was quiet closer to sleeping time. So not a big issue. The room ...

Great location ! Luxurious linens, high quality furniture & high end bathroom, faucets & rain shower. We stayed for 7 nights & loved every minute. Hotel replenished complementary bottled water juice & sodas (what a great touch!) There is a quaint bar / restaurant on the lowest level (not where check ...
Great location, right across the street from the underground, non-commercial places to eat, within walking distance to many attractions

This hotel was lovely and clean. The staff were very helpful. The one and only minor issue I had, was that there were stairs out the front, and as a disabled person would have liked to have known that
