"This is a great place to stay because it’s so central to most everything you want to see in the greater LA area. Unless there’s intense traffic, it seems to be about 20 minutes to each museum, etc. Also, there’s some very nice restaurants, literally a very short walk from the apartment Cuban Russian and Japanese delicious."

"Me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed staying at this stunning ocean view condo. It was a retreat and was perfect for us and our daughter, her husband and their 17 month old son - our grandson! There was even a pack-n-play and highchair in the condo - even though we had brought our own P&P! Very helpful though. "We’ve been renting this unit when we visit the Burbank area. Access is easy. Parking is a breeze. There is a small kitchenette, so we avoid dining out all of the time. Having the private outdoor sitting area is one of the best features. The owner resides in the main house, and is a wonderful guy."

"My family and I were really surprised when we arrived. We felt very welcomed. The apartment was very clean and very spacious. Beds were comfortable. It was very quiet in the complex. We had our own parking space and the residents were friendly. I would highly recommend staying at this location. I would stay here again in the future. 5 ⭐️"

"We enjoyed our stay. Everything was to our liking and the hosts provided snacks and essentials. My only complaint is that the sofa bed is firm and the living room didn’t have curtains to block out light from outdoors."

"This Studio is perfectly situated between Abbot Kinney and Venice Boulevard. The courtyard is the ideal place to sit, relax, and unwind while on vacation. The studio was immaculate when we arrived and smelled so clean and fresh. The host is super responsive. Highly recommend!!"

"My friend and I loved staying here. We wanted somewhere to decompress after driving for 9 days and this funky little pad was perfect. It’s a 1920s private guest house just off the back landing, accessed by steps. It is closer to Venice beach than to Santa Monica pier, with easy walking access to restaurants and the SM farmers market. The downstairs laundry was excellent, the kitchen well set up, and the whole place suited us. Be warned, though, if you are short, the high chairs at the kitchen...

"The place was very clean and it was in a good neighborhood - very safe. Two different doors to get inside as it’s a shared double unit place. The cons would be the beds were uncomfortable and then the place needs some hand towels in kitchen/baths."

"We were pleasantly surprised with the view as soon as you open the door!! WOW!! The property manager was helpful except when it came to asking for help with the garage opener! Don’t be mislead by the 3 bedrooms cause it is only 2 with a bed in the living room area. The master is very hot and musky with not enough AC vents. The fan in the master is broken with only 2 out of 3 blades so it shakes really bad and can’t be used. Overall, we probably wouldn’t stay again because we really needed the 3...

"This place was fantastic! Would recommend and come back 10/10! Although I would say this place is not for everyone; if you’re easy going this place is perfect! You really can’t ask for much when staying literally on the water but I would say this place has everything you need to survive and have a good time! My girlfriend and I are boat regulars and will be recommending this this place to anyone looking for a nice, clean and different experience! Thanks to the owners! "
