"I truly liked the apartment. It was modern and well done. It was clean and comfortable. One of the amenities that is a must for me is a washer and dryer. This apartment had both. The issue was that the washer wasnt operational. It was fairly obvious that the door switch was missing. I contacted the property right away. The washer was never repaired. There was also only one small garbage can in the entire apartment. Nice place, poor execution."

"Low water pressure, a/c did not cool apartment well, carpet spots missing on floor, floors popped while walking on them, trash everywhere on outside of apartment, animal poop all over grass and dirt. Nasty"

"After getting a late call after 4pm that they over booked and didn’t have the unit available; I agreed to downgrade to a one bedroom only if they refunded me the difference since the new unit was cheaper. I still have yet to receive any refund! I had trouble accessing my lock but finally received help and got into the one bedroom unit. On the 16th I was locked out of my unit until the next morning around 12 On the 17th I was again locked out of my unit the next day around 11am. That’s two...

"The house is a great meeting place for a large family. The courtyard was great for the kids because it’s completely fenced in. They enjoyed making s’mores in the fire pit. The only reason I gave it four stars is because the guest house does not have a full bathroom and the house is a little rundown. Other than that, Our family enjoyed our stay."
